Experience with Tech Rescue (Owner: Kurt)

I cannot comment on the quality of the repair work performed by this workshop, but unfortunately, our experience working with them on advertising services was unsuccessful.

We produced photo and video content for the shop and managed its distribution across various platforms. While we were developing a promotional video and selecting a new website theme, we met with the owner, Kurt, several times to discuss details. Kurt promised to email us the necessary materials to move forward.

Weeks passed, but we received nothing. Our calls were ignored; on the rare occasions Kurt answered, he claimed he had sent the materials to the wrong address and promised to resend them. It has now been six months. We never received the materials or payment for the work already completed. I do not recommend partnering with this company.
