I want to warn others about working with Vladyslav Nebesniuk. He took on a web development project, agreed to the terms, and accepted a deposit. However, once the deadlines approached, no work was delivered.

At first, Vladyslav claimed he was ill and cited personal circumstances, promising to finish the project shortly. We granted him additional time, but after that, he stopped responding entirely and disappeared. Result: the project remains unfinished, and significant time was wasted. A highly irresponsible freelancer. I strongly advise against working with him.
